Weni, a journalist, deliberately manipulates herself into becoming a prisoner in order to uncover the mystery of the death of her sister, Ratna, in a terrible ward which the prisoners call the curse room because those who enter it will end up dying. Weni’s efforts are assisted by Adit, the prison warden. Bela, human trafficking mafia convicts are very feared by the inmates. Everyone who has contact with Bella will end up in the isolation ward by the head of the prison, Herman. In prison, only Rusdiah, a psychologist, is gentle, kind and motivates the prisoners. The Isolation Ward silences what is real, who is good, and who is fake.
